This GDPR Privacy Notice constitutes an Addendum to the Finblox Privacy Policy accessible via the link and applies where the User is a resident of the European Union, United Kingdom, Lichtenstein, Norway, or Iceland.

In relation to the GDPR provisions, Personal Data is the personal information of our clients that we gather for the purpose of our lawful business activities and legitimate interests in connection to the operation of the platform and our relevant AML and KYC policies.
